Great Southland Stampede Rodeo: This rodeo is put on by the UGA Block and Bridle members, Thur-Sat! This rodeo has been a UGA tradition since 1970 with a mission of providing a quality rodeo experience according to the National Cowboy Professional Rodeo Association guidelines. This event is hosted at the UGA Livestock Instructional Area on S. Milledge. Check out the website here!
Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Tour: The Bob Dylan Rough and Rowdy Ways worldwide tour is coming through Athens, at the Classic Center this Friday! Purchase Tickets here!
UGA Army ROTC Memorial Run & Walk: This Saturday morning at 9am come walk or run in memory of fallen UGA Army ROTC alumni, LT Ashley Henderson-Huff, LT Noah Harris, and CPL Joshua Reeves! St. Patricks for St. Vincent: In Winterville on Saturday come enjoy a fundraising event at Country Side Manor! This event is to raise money for Vincent’s Place Animal Sanctuary and will feature live music, dancing, food, and a silent auction. Visit the website to purchase tickets!
St. Patrick’s Day Bash: At Southern Brewing Company on Saturday starting at 4pm! There will be live music, and Irish dance performances! Keepin’ it Green St. Pattys Day Celebration: Kickin off the St. Pattys Day Celebration, Terrapin Brewing Company is having their St. Patricks Day Celebration this Sunday from 4pm-7pm. There will be dinner for purchase, and pints available. St. Patricks at the Globe: The Globe is putting on a party for St. Patricks day this Sunday, with events from 2pm-10pm. There will be live music, dancing, food, and Guinness on draft. https://www.globetavern.com
Shamrock Shuffle: A fun St. Patricks Day Celebration put on by Hospitality South, the crawl starts at Paloma Park, and as you make your way though Hospitality South locations, collect your “lucky charms” for a chance to be entered into a raffle for a “pot of gold”. As you make your way around there will be plenty of live music and fun cocktails to enjoy!
