St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations-

St. Patricks Day Bar Crawl (Nationwide): Break out all the green accessories you can find and get ready for this annual Bar Crawl. There will be costume contests on social media and a chance to win cash prizes! To learn more about times and rates, check out the website here.

Keepin’ It Green & Brew-Tiful: If you want to enjoy a local brew AND support a great local project, head over to Terrapin today between 5 & 8 PM this Friday evening. This event is to help raise funds for the Loop 10 Daffodil Project and will contribute to making our community more scenic. There will be a costume contest, a DJ, and entry is free. Shamrockin’ Good Time: Athens Cooks is hosting a great drop-in event this Friday evening from 5-7 PM. Enjoy a beer flight with brews straight from the Emerald Isle with some light bites while you dance and socialize. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased here!


Dancing with the Athens Stars: Saturday at 7:30, head over to the Classic Center to enjoy this annual fundraising event with Project Safe. Watch your local celebrities and dance instructors compete for awards while raising funds for a great cause! Tickets are $21 for ages 12+, or $16 for anyone under 12. Get your tickets here!

Blaguez Buvez Comedy Open Mic: This Sunday get ready to enjoy some great beverages while laughing then night away! From 7-8:30 PM, Buvez will host comedians from all over the Southeast. If you’re feeling extra comedic you can try your hand at your standup as well! Get more information here!

St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations-

St.Patrick’s Day “Party On The Patio”- The Tavern @ Old Toccoa Farm: Come check out great live music and specials on drinks and food at The Tavern. Beginning this Friday evening from 3-6 PM, more information can be found here!

2nd Annual St. Paddy’s Day Celebration @ Angry Hops Brewing: Friday from 1-8 PM, grab a great beer and food from Community BBQ & Snack Company to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day. Sidewalkers will be performing starting at 5, check out their website for more info!

St. Patty’s Day Bash- Paradise Hills: If you are wanting a more laid back way to celebrate, check out Paradise Hills celebration! There will be lucky slushies and Guinness Stew, accompanied by live music and fun games with prizes. Get your tickets here.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade: If you’ are in the Blue Ridge area, you can’t miss the annual St. Patrick’s Parade! Saturday morning beginning at 11 AM, head to downtown to enjoy brews, food, and shopping. Make sure to dress festive, the crazier the better! You can join in the parade, bring a float, all are welcome! Line up will be in front of the First Baptist Church before 11 AM, no registration needed! Afterwards, if you want to celebrate with your Furry Friend, bring them down to Rin Tin’s Barks & Brews Cantina at 3 PM. There will be a costume contest for the pups, registration is at 2:30 and is $5 for an entry fee. Prizes for the top 3 winners!
