ACCA Retro Prom: Back after 4 years, the Athens Community Council on Aging is inviting you to dress up from your favorite decade, and come dance the night away! This is their signature fundraiser, and to make it extra special, the Highballs are coming out of retirement to play one last time! This event will be Friday, from 8 pm – 12 am at the Athens Cotton Press. Tickets and more info can be found here!
Indie South’s Springtacular Market: Join Indie South and hundreds of vendors this Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 5 pm at Bishop Park for the annual Springtacular. There are so many great artists and local vendors to shop from. A full list of vendors can be found here!
Creature Comfort’s 9th Anniversary: Join the celebration for one of Athens’ first craft breweries 9th anniversary. The event will be Saturday, May 6, from 12 – 10 pm. There will be plenty of good beer flowing, music, food, and much more. Check out their website for ticket and event information.
Mother’s Day Artists Market: Still looking for that perfect gift for mom? Stop by Athentic Brewing on Saturday, May 6 from 1 – 6 pm for their Mother’s Day Artists Market! Bring your pup for a special photo and grab a beer! More information can be found here.
Athens Yoga Collective: Start your week off feeling refreshed and balanced every first and third Sunday at Ahentic Brewing with Athens Yoga Collective free yoga class! Class is from 12 – 1 pm on the patio, make sure to sign up here!
Balance is BS: Hosted by Pure Balance, ReBlossom, and Align Wellness, this event is to create a space for community and conversation around woman-hood, self care, and trying to balance all of the BS.
