Opening Reception @ TinyAth: Join TinyAth tonight from 5-8 PM to welcome their May Exhibitionist- Susie Criswell. Her exhibit is called “My Pocket of Nature,” and will be on display until the end of May. Learn more about her work and TinyAth here!

Community Yard Sale: YWCO is hosting their Spring Community Yard Sale on Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM. If you’re looking for a shopping spree that supports a good cause, all proceeds from this sale benefit the YWCO. This is a free event and will be taking place at their Research Drive location, more info here!

Miles for Moms 5k: There is still time to register for the Miles for Moms 5K that is happening Saturday at 8 AM! This great 5K supports the East Georgia Cancer Coalition. If you’d like to register or learn more about the event or the East Georgia Cancer Coalition, visit their website here.

Family Day: The Five Senses: Join the Georgia Museum of Art this Saturday from 10 AM – 12 PM with this great family activity! The Five Senses allows you and your family to see how your senses can help us explore the world. Play games, make a work of art, and get a free copy of NEA Big Read picture book! Marigold Festival: Spend your Saturday in Winterville at the annual Marigold Festival! Spend the day enjoying all kinds of family-friendly activities like interactive storytime, face painting, live music, and a car show! To see a full schedule check out their website here.

Kendra Scott Give Back Party: If you’re still looking for a last-minute gift for Mom, don’t worry! Shop at Kendra Scott this Saturday from 2 PM – 4 PM, where 20% of any purchase will be going to the DL Handy Foundation. Learn more about the foundation and event here.

Drawing in the Galleries: Bring your creativity to this workshop at the Georgia Museum of Art this Sunday from 2 PM – 4 PM. This workshop is going to be led by a teaching artist, and all supplies will be provided. It’s a free event, but registration is required! Email [email protected] to reserve your spot!
