• Through the Next Door Program, Brooke connects public service professionals (including teachers and nurses) to homes that suit their lifestyle and budget, including special incentives and discounts designed to honor their service.
• She also empowers first-time home buyers and sellers to navigate the process with confidence and works closely with investors to identify high-potential opportunities that align with their financial goals.

Brooke’s journey to real estate began in the short-term rental industry, where she honed her ability to create value and memorable experiences. Today, she uses that same creative energy and strategic mindset to serve her clients across Greater Athens & Northeast Georgia. Originally from Illinois, Brooke moved to Georgia in 2020 and, in 2024, she and her husband planted their roots in Commerce, where they purchased and renovated their first home together with their two fun loving dogs Kirby and Sadie.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Brooke enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, relaxing at the lake, exploring local breweries, shops and restaurants in Athens, and spending quality time with family and friends.
